Job Description
The Desktop Support Engineer provides technical support for desktops and laptops, including account administration, MS Exchange support, PKI assistance, device imaging and deskside support.
Responsibilities
+ Provide Deskside Support
+ Provide daily technical support for desktops and laptops
+ Create ServiceNow tickets for all customer requests for service and/or assistance.
+ Provide Move, Add and Change (MAC) Support
+ Image and re-image devices
Qualifications
+ Experience Providing On-Site Desktop Support
+ Experience working with Customers
+ Experience using ServiceNow
+ Past experience on Department of Veterans Affairs projects is a plus
