Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Germantown, Wisconsin. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be expected to provide both direct and indirect IT support with a focus on hardware, software, and system management. You will play an integral role in the development and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and assistance, focusing on computer systems, hardware, software, and network systems. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT services. • Manage the setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software. • Oversee system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Conduct regular system backups to safeguard business data. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently. • Manage disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity. • Work closely with other departments and third-party ERP software suppliers to ensure efficient IT operations. • Use your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, and Configuration Management to enhance our IT support services. • Work independently, demonstrating your excellent problem-solving skills. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Android Development is a must. • Strong knowledge of Cisco Technologies is required. • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is needed. • Ability to handle Computer Hardware issues is necessary. • Expertise in Dell Technologies is essential. • Experience with Active Directory is mandatory. • Proficiency in handling Apple Devices is expected. • Knowledge of Backup Technologies is a must. • Experience in Configuration Management is required.
