Desktop Support Analyst
Description The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, prior laptop setup/deployment experience, and experience troubleshooting hardware, printers and VPN issues. Any iPhone support experience is a plus as they will also help with day to day deskside support outside of the refresh. + Top 3: + Windows 10 (if they have 10-11 migration, that's even better) + In person troubleshooting problems + hardware break/fix + common tickets + mobile support + O365 + Microsoft products + ServiceNow + Windows 11 migration later this year + moving away from SCCM and going into Intune + some tickets may have a legal hold (financial services) so would be good to have candidates with familiarity here + may have info related to an audit or some legal problem so needs to be handled a certain way Additional Skills & Qualifications Hardware and Software support and troubleshooting Strong Customer Service skills iPhone/ mobile device support preferred Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
