Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly. • Leverage expertise in Cisco Technologies and Citrix Technologies to optimize system performance. • Manage and resolve issues related to computer hardware and Dell Technologies. • Maintain and update the company's database, ensuring data integrity and security. • Utilize the ServiceNow platform for efficient task management and issue resolution. • Provide Tier 1 Support, acting as the first point of contact for technical issues. • Manage and maintain the Active Directory, ensuring system security and user accessibility. • Regularly backup data using Backup Technologies, preventing data loss. • Perform configuration management to maintain system functionality and efficiency. • Support Apple Devices within the organization, ensuring seamless operation. Requirements • Must possess knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies. • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is essential. • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is required. • Experience with Database management is necessary. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies is beneficial. • Ability to operate and manage Active Directory. • Competence in handling and troubleshooting Apple Devices. • Knowledge in Backup Technologies is a must. • Experience in Configuration Management is necessary. • Proficiency in using ServiceNow Platform is required. • Must be able to provide Tier 1 Support effectively.
