Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia. This role, which is involved in the local government sector, requires delivering proficient desktop support across multiple locations within Fulton County. The work environment comprises of a Microsoft setting, including Active Directory and MacOS among others. Responsibilities: • Provide proficient desktop support across various locations • Handle the maintenance and troubleshooting of Apple devices • Ensure accurate configuration management across all systems • Utilize Dell technologies for system support and maintenance • Manage and maintain Active Directory efficiently • Handle database management and ensure its effective operation • Support the deployment and troubleshooting of computer hardware • Oversee the application of backup technologies for data protection. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Cisco Technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively • Solid understanding and experience with Citrix Technologies, including deployment and maintenance • Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, with the capability to perform hardware installation and repair tasks • Familiarity with Database management and operations, ensuring data integrity and security • Experience with Dell Technologies, including hardware and software solutions • Proficiency in using Active Directory for managing and maintaining user accounts and privileges • Ability to provide support for Apple Devices, including troubleshooting, software installation, and updates • Experience with Backup Technologies, with the ability to implement and manage backup solutions • Expertise in Configuration Management, ensuring system stability, functionality, and security.
