The Service Desk Analyzes and troubleshoots computer support problems and applies his or her understanding of computer software and hardware products and services to resolve user problems.
The Dept of Health, Bureau of Information Technology (BIT) is requesting a skilled resource to work with the desktop support team to assist with all desktop support functions. Tasks will include, but not limited to:
• PC/laptop installs
• PC/laptop imaging
• Desktop Software installation
• Printer installs
• Scanner installs
• PC/laptop/printer troubleshooting
• Desktop software troubleshooting
• Inventory management
This resource will report to the Desktop Team Supervisor. The engagement will consist of 37 ½ hour work week, 7.5 hour days, 5 days a week for a term of 6 months. This resource will work in the Health & Welfare Building, and will be responsible for parking costs.

Question 1 Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence. The Client has the right to dismiss the resource if he or she does not return to work by the agreed upon date. Do you accept this requirement?

Question 4 Position is located in downtown Harrisburg in the Health & Welfare Building. The selected resource will be responsible for own parking costs.
