Description • Manage and secure devices across multiple platforms and deploy/manage apps to ensure secure access to corporate resources • Implement endpoint security policies (e.g., antivirus, encryption), conditional access, and compliance configurations. • Evaluate existing SCCM infrastructure and identify suitable workloads to migrate to Intune for co-management. • Manage computer objects and groups in Active Directory, handling OUs, group policies, and departmental administration. • Develop PowerShell scripts for automating tasks, optimizing deployments, and improving security compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, provide major incident support, and guide less experienced team members. • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures; generate reports to track usage, compliance, and risks. • Work with internal teams and third parties to drive continuous improvement and stay informed about product development.
