Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EndPoint Operation CITRIX Desktop Management - SCCM Device Management Intune and Field Services. This role involves managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and support for our business processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Endpoint Operations to ensure seamless functionality and security. Oversee CITRIX environments to provide reliable and efficient virtual desktop solutions. Implement and maintain Desktop Management using SCCM to streamline software deployment and updates. Utilize Device Management Intune to manage and secure mobile devices across the organization. Provide Field Services support to address and resolve hardware and software issues on-site. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business needs. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance system security and efficiency. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance their productivity. Lead projects related to IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements. Document system configurations processes and procedures for future reference. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements Provide Level 2 support for complex issues, troubleshoot network and printer problems, and use remote control tools. Build and deploy operating system images and push software updates using Intune and SCCM. Manage and support Office 365 applications and administer Intune environments. Handle device identities across Azure AD, Hybrid Azure AD, and On-Prem scenarios. Update and clean up asset management systems and maintain software and hardware inventories. Lead the deployment of software releases and system upgrades via Intune. Perform diagnostic testing and utilize remote control tools for troubleshooting. Present and communicate effectively with technical personnel, executives, and managers, and support video/audio conferencing requests.Certifications Required

The annual salary for this position is between $37,800 to $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
