Deskside Engineer
Job Description:

The Opportunity:
As a Deskside Engineer you will be joining our Global Corporate Team to provide professional, timely, accurate and courteous Deskside Support. You will support various systems and operating systems namely Windows and Mac endpoints. You will also support the company AV and Zoom Rooms and provide technical event Support as required. This will include security and data reviews, and Business Continuity planning in accordance with InfoSec and ISO27001 guidelines.

The Skills you will bring: 

Mac and Windows build – OS deployment.

A knowledge of PowerShell and scripting experience and automation of processes.

Experience with SCCM/WDS/Jamf or similar imaging technologies.

Meeting Room and AV Support, - Neat/Zoom/Teams etc

Application packaging and update.

Windows 11 patch compliance.

Ability to deal with C-Level and Senior Management.

 
Achievements: 

Endpoint Lifecycle and Asset Management in previous role.

Working independently on major projects.

IT onboarding and off-boarding of new and departing employees and hardware.

Demonstrated examples where scripting was used to improve a process.

Proven track record of dealing with internal or external customers/users.
