These images include floor plans, hydronic (piping) systems, equipment pieces, and building/ site renderings. They are expected to be proficient in 3DS Max, Photoshop and other design software as needed. A designer needs to be able to manage their time and stick to a preordained schedule and must be able to work and communicate with multiple Project managers, as well as their people manager to accomplish their work. This is a production role, and designers are expected to maintain a minimum number of billable hours per month. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, reliable and enjoys completing many small tasks on a deadline. **Responsibilities:** + Create imagery, animation and HTMLs for use in Trane controls products + Work with Project leads to meet customer needs + Work with peers to ensure effective teamwork and communication within the tribe. + Work with their manager to develop skills, improve efficiency and meet deadlines + Review their own work to ensure it meets standards + Meet minimum billable hours and quality results monthly **Requirements:** + Strong Communication Skills (written and oral) + Bachelor's degree (or greater) + Knowledge of 3DS Max or similar CAD software + Knowledge of Photoshop and other Adobe design software + Ability to keep to a schedule and communicate when reality shifts + Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt as needs change **Compensation:** Base Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
