The Designated Client Technology Representative’s responsibility is to: act as a global single point of contact for the client and Client Executive Teams in relation to second level support issues, escalate and coordinate requests with the third level support groups, conduct regular admin and maintenance on client OBT sites, review OBT sites highlighting differences between countries, and assist with significant profile issues that may occur with CWT Profiles and CWT HR Feeds.
