Our Client, an Energy Services company, is looking for a Design Technician II for their Jackson, MI location. Responsibilities: + The Design Technician will provide design support for the transmission pipeline engineering department utilizing Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. Responsibilities include the identification of system materials and their application; engaging in planning and research; providing field design and support for utility systems; adherence to standard work processes; and the application of industry standards. + The Design Technician will be expected to design a variety of projects complexities ranging from standard to complex, and will frequently coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and leadership to ensure compliance and effective management of project tasks.
