Some of your typical duties include: Typical Duties : + Use Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software to create survey documents (includes items like land plats, acquisition plats, corner certificates, and monument preservation certificates, and displays of right of way). + Gather and compile necessary records to delineate section lines, ownership lines and right-of-way lines. + Establish proposed ROW lines, offsets, and acquisition areas using CADD. + Organizes and preserves ROW and land surveying documents for future use and reference. + Assist field crew, maintenance staff, construction staff, and district office staff with survey research related to ROW and construction. Requirements: Must have and maintain a minimum of a valid Class C Non-Commercial Operators License.
