Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance and accuracy. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential design issues and develop mitigation plans. Support the procurement process by providing technical specifications and evaluations for electrical equipment and components. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of electrical designs. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to electrical design engineering. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and management to provide project updates and resolve technical issues. Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred). Experience 8-15 years of experience in electrical design engineering within the Copper Business industry or related field. Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and electrical design management. Proven experience in leading and guiding cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of electrical designs.
