The North America team is currently looking for a **Design Engineer** for our Assumption, IL, facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, introduction, and support of new products for Grain Storage & Accessories. **Your Impact** + Development, introduction and support of new products for grain storage and accessories. + Revisions and update of current products. + Work with a cross functional team on product design, product analysis or management of analysis, supervise and plan testing and prototype programs, interaction with manufacturing engineering and support of the manufacturing release product. **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Bachelors Degree in Agricultural / Biological Engineering, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. + An agricultural background or experience is a plus. + Backgrounds in modeling or analysis programs are a plus. + Proficiency in Creo 3D is a definite plus. **Your Compensation and Benefits** Expected annual salary for this role will be $65,000 - $80,000, plus a 7% bonus target. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
