D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Design Center Coordinator for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue by upgrading and selling options to our homebuyers by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and meet with buyers after contract signing to assist them in choosing selections for homeMeet with vendors and suppliers regarding new upgrades and options to sell to customersSelection and design of field models and model homesComplete appointments with appropriate customer follow-upExplain, demonstrate and calculate pricing for buyer's consideration on upgrade optional items. Achieve maximum upgrade selection by buyer within parameters of the buyer's financial capacityGenerate accurate paperwork on all selectionsMaintain Design Center appearance
