Design (CAD) Engineer - Thermal Comfort Solution

Location: Pruszków

 

Main Objectives:

Local technical support in development of Lear thermal comfort products Support R&D teams in ensuring all required engineering tasks are on time Support in continuous improvement and development of Lear thermal comfort products

 

Area of responsibility:

Supporting and working for the project through all project phases To create 3D-CAD models, drawings and bill of materials (Catia V5) of complete systems and subsystems Produce design documentation to demonstrate robust development process. To include DFMEA, DFA, Design Review etc To support all application teams while integrating, developing, and improving Lear thermal comfort products To provide technical and engineering support to all departments as required Solving problems and finding reliable technical solutions for the application Creating ideas for new designs/applications and for VAVE projects

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Engineering Degree from technical University Advanced CAD knowledge in Catia V5 Min. 2 years’ job experience Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry is a plus Understanding of and previous experience in geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) Must: English & Polish Microsoft Office skills Analytical approach Communication skills Ability to travel Ability to work on their own and as a Team Player. Desire to learn new things and take on new challenges Open mind, ‘green light’ thinking
