Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Mid-Level or Lead Design and Analysis Engineer to become part of the Direct Attack Support Equipment Team in St. Charles, Missouri.

The Direct Attack Support Equipment team is responsible for the development and maintenance of a wide range of production and field level Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for numerous weapons programs. Our equipment and software are used to support all phases of weapon development: demonstration, production, and field support.  This individual will work in a team environment to develop test capability for a wide variety of weapon systems.

The successful candidate will work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements, as well as analyze and translate requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications as well as developing software in a variety of languages.

Conduct test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements, as well as monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.

You will solve problems concerning other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product life-cycle, while researching specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science5+ years of experience working in a professional environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with software development on Windows and Linux platforms including C++/C#, Java, and scripting languagesExperience with TCP/IP & Ethernet, IEEE-488, MMSI, and MIL-STD-1553.Experience leading or managing a cross-functional projects

Summary pay range Mid-Level (Level 3): $79,900- $108,100

Summary pay range Lead (Level 4): $96,050- $129,950
