You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include: * Expertise in Salesforce CRM Applications: Assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications; * Collaborative Solution Architecture and Requirement Detailing: Collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture; * Proficient Development and Integration: Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component; * Framework apps, visual force/lightning pages and API based integrations; * Continuous Learning and Growth:You'll have access to technical and management training courses to grow your expertise within Salesforce and other areas of interest. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experiência em desenvolvimento na Plataforma Salesforce: Apex, LWC, Visualforce; * Vivência com a criação e manutenção de soluções complexas com Apex (triggers, classes, batch, schedulers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, além de consultas otimizadas com SOQL/SOSL; * Conhecimento nas customizações e automação de processos: personalização de objetos, campos, page layouts, flows, validation rules, Process Builder, além de automação de processos de negócio com foco em performance e boas práticas. Integração de Sistemas e APIs - Integração de Salesforce com sistemas internos e externos via REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services e padrões de integração; * Experiência com Metodologias Ágeis e Boas Práticas: uso de Visual Studio Code, além de atuação em times ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) com foco em entrega contínua e de qualidade. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Curso superior completo, ou cursando; * Desejável experiencia com implementação de service com Digital Engagement e Einstein Bot.
