Application of the instruction from his management to enable the delivery, erection, installation works achievement in the optimal conditions: performances, quality and health and safety.

EHS compliance Quality compliance regarding the installation method Low level of absenteeism Weekly works progress program control and associated reports. Client complaints follow-up (non conformity forms)

 

Responsibilities

The construction worker reports directly to the Construction Manager team leader and is in charge of making sure that the trackwork is installed in conformity with the installation procedures, the machine user rules and the Time Schedule in place. His duties include the follow up of the service of the machine and maintain the highest level of availability. He alerts and reports to the management - Supervisor or Team Leader - on any concerns he has related to the job he has to perform, and especially regarding: EHS, Quality, Access, Customer / Consultant requirement, … The Installation Supervisor had to prepare the 4M process before starting activities, in all equipment DEQ During the installation, the Installation Supervisor is required to organise the tasks, in a competent and consistent way, so that all key activities are properly controlled. He will coordinate with other contractors site teams. The installation supervisor will manage and control the Subcontractors performance as per their Subcontracts obligations. He collects and signs the teams reports – Daily / Weekly - His duties include also to co-ordinate with OPC and other third parties on Site The Installation Supervisor is responsible of the teams and subcontractors works in compliance with Alstom HSE and local rules. His duties include the follow up of the service of the machine and maintain the highest level of availability. He alerts and reports to the management on any concerns he has related to the job he has to perform, and especially regarding: EHS, Quality, Access, …

The installation Supervisor is responsible for the onsite Quality Plan & Security Plan implementation

Educational Requirements

Civil Work / track work / Construction experience

 

Desired Knowledge / Experience

Experience in Civil Work Construction.

If he is in charge of the machine service, validated experience and licence in this activities

Team spirit approach and good communication skills

 

Technical Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of the track work installation method. If he is in charge of the machine service, validated licence and competency in this activities
