Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a high-impact program that ensures the continuous operational readiness of vital security systems protecting U.S. forces across the USAFE-AFAFRICA theater.
**THIS POSTING IS FOR AN INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENT IN GERMANY**
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide management support to ensure continuous in-theater operational readiness of USAFE-AFAFRICA Expeditionary Tactical Automated Security System (TASS), Fixed-Site Security Systems, and other Program Office Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) within the USAFE-AFAFRICA Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Oversee daily operations, logistics, and maintenance efforts to sustain security systems supporting mission-critical operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution, ensuring all operational, financial, and administrative requirements are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including government personnel, contractors, and security teams, to ensure seamless program support.
Monitor and evaluate system performance, providing recommendations for improvements and sustainment strategies.
Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), USAFE-AFAFRICA, and program office security standards, policies, and procedures.
Support reporting requirements, contract deliverables, and performance metrics tracking to maintain accountability and transparency.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active Secret level or higher US security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Business or Management field
10+ years of equivalent experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Windows and related software including Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe InDesign
Accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, and clarity in conformance with required formats and standards
Thorough knowledge of production scheduling and related processes
