Responsibilities:
Candidate must have at least 5 to 7 years of overall experience with 3 to 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central TimeOff module. Knowledge in SF EC Time Sheet, Time Tracking and SAP HR Time Management modules on top of SF TimeOff would be an added advantage. Candidate must have the worked on at least 1 full cycle implementation project in SF TimeOff and any exposure in support project would be an added advantage.
Requirements:
Candidate must have worked on at least one implementation or a global (multi-country) production support project.
Client interaction would be an added advantage.
Must have exposure in handing regular absences, leave of absences and time sheet application. Any exposure in time tracking would be an added advantage.
Experience in integrations using Data Replication Proxy (SF to SAP or SF to any third-party systems) would be an added advantage.
Understanding of API/CPI basics is a must to be able to manage integration related requirements.
