Key missions of the position:

Responsible for pre order validation of sales orders into ERP based on purchase orders received from customers in accordance with guidelines and SOP.Examination of customer inquiries regarding feasibility of execution, ensuring availability of manufacturing BOM linked to the customer requirement.Managing KPI dashboard, prepare and present monthly and weekly indicators.Review the customer requirement for fulfilment, validate the lead time and coordinate with internal stake holders for on time offer submission.Actively manage the order book for services, Replacements & ROH planned orders.

Main responsibilities:

Order Management

Working closely with the sales department and field services for demand capturing and acknowledging.Proactively communicates with customers and internal stakeholders regarding the orders fulfilment Handling customer order related queries & support, liaising with key internal stakeholders for quality/warehouse issues, processing return shipment as well as repair and replacement administration.Maintaining records and actively tracks the changes in the customer orders and proactively initiate actions to make changes in ERP

Fulfilment & offers

Actively monitor & examination of customer inquiries regarding feasibility of execution, ensuring availability of manufacturing BOM linked to the customer requirementCoordinating with Purchase & customer services team for price and supplier availability for the orders are available before hitting into ERPWork closely to develop strategy and initiatives to ensure timely material availability to support delivery commitment to meet customer service level.Identify and drive forecasting accuracy on regular basis for improving services fulfilment performance by connecting with internal and external customers.

Demand Planning

Ensure backlog (orders outstanding) is managed efficiently with no past due statusEnsure clean backlog at all time and compliance to standard order review procedure.Periodically review the order to cash demands and align according to the customer needs.Prioritizing the requirement by co-ordinating with internal stakeholders until delivery to customersPrepare & Manage KPI dashboard and present monthly and weekly indicators.
