Assist Cluster/Project Head in carrying out execution activity for construction for the designated project. Execute the work at site as per the drawings and specification. Monitoring the Civil Construction activities being carried out by the Construction Contractor. Carry out Dimensional checks to confirm conformity as per Drawings and Specifications. Monitoring of Daily progress report and ensure proper Billing and submission as per schedule. Ensure quality of execution and timely completion of job as per schedule. Raising of material requirements and submitting it to the stores/purchase department. Ensure the safety compliances, work permit and PPE's tool box talk in daily basis Assisting the FM team in any technical requirement for smooth operations      Ensure all civil/construction work are performed within the budgeted limits and with framework of contracts. Checking, certifying and recommending payments related to execution expenditure.   Ensure optimum utilization of manpower/labor                                                                               BE/B.Tech- Civil : Must clear exams of FE(Fundamentals of Engineering ) and Principles and practice of engineering (PE).  7+ years’ experience in construction in reputed Realty Based organization, Building Projects (Commercial Buildings/ IT Parks/ Hotels/ Health Care / factory Building etc.) Projects.
