Join our company and see how you can become a part of one global mission to make a difference in human health. **Experience** : 4-5 years Supply chain domain experience from premier B-school with experience in managing large sized 3PL warehousing spaces in Southern Region. Candidate should have sound knowledge of Customs and EXIM procedures preferably in medical device management . Multimodal transportation (Ocean/Sea/Road ) across geographies and Pan India is a must. Managerial experience in handling team size of 8-10 people or more is a requisite. **System familiarity and skills desired:** + 3PL, Distribution, Customs, EXIM and Transportation and People Management + FTWZ/Bonded warehouse knowledge and experience + SAP ECC 6.0/JDE and Business Intelligence + Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Macro creation, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Share-point, Power Automate apps) + Dashboard creation for KPIs, other metrics + High degree of stakeholder and customer focus + Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a diverse, highly matrixed, multi-cultural environment. Project management skills would be added advantage + Good communication and presentation skills + Works well under pressure and meets deadlines with quality work + Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to solve complex problems. + Strong analytical skills and demonstrated financial acumen for cost analytics and business case development + Fair understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning **Key responsibilities** + Drive logistics operations excellence around on-time execution, losses, damage, scrap, track & trace, freight payment, DC Quality, and customer related metrics. + Collaborate with supply chain teams in country, region to improve international and local delivery performance, Supply Chain quality improvement and Supply Chain Cost + Act as the Country Process expert to drive standardization of processes across Supply chains.
