Lead the MEP contracts department, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the designated timeline and budget
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize MEP contract performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective and efficient solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design, engineering, and construction teams, to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into project plans
Monitor and evaluate the performance of MEP contractors and suppliers, addressing any deviations from the agreed terms
Provide technical expertise in reviewing MEP designs, identifying potential improvements, and resolving complex technical issues
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting sustainable practices in MEP systems
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project status, cost analysis, and risk assessments to senior management

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Master's degree in Project Management or related field (preferred)
