Annual Budget preparation of ATMSL.  Preparation of expense and income provisions and follow up with stakeholders for clearing old provisions,  Checking and verification of invoices as per contract, GST and other compliances, for further processing of upload and MIRO Preparation of Monthly MIS  Prepare monthly Capital Work in Progress report, CWIP Report and capitalize the cost booked after ensuring for settlement of project cost entries Follow-up and coordinate with stakeholders for consumption bookings of stores and spares. Ensure physical verification of stores and spares. identify Idle inventories and process for disposal  Prepare Inventory ageing report after ensuring closing of GRNs and consumptions entries and circulate to all users  Prepare Fixed Assets Register. Update Assets details in SAP. Conduct physical verification of assets. Identify Idle fixed assets and take action to disposal Process related party invoices of expenses allocations and intercompany reconciliations on monthly basis Process advance payment for asset insurance policies, follow up for claim status and its accounting. Preparing data for renewal of various insurance policies, ensuring for coverage of all assets and inventories, ensuring monthly upgradation of insurance coverage for all assets and inventories Monthly accounting of CSR Expenses and prepare report of the same. CA/MBA/ICWA/M. Com qualification Experience: 5-10 Years
