As the Deputy Manager - Engineering Services (Electrical), your primary responsibilities will include:

· Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems in the mining environment

· Developing and executing strategies to optimize electrical infrastructure for operational efficiency

· Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards related to electrical engineering

· Providing technical expertise and guidance for electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution

· Supervising and mentoring junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

· Participating in the evaluation and selection of electrical equipment and technology vendors

· Contributing to the development of long-term maintenance plans for electrical systems and equipment

· Conducting regular inspections and audits to assess the performance and integrity of electrical installations

Education Qualification and experiecne -

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

· Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical engineering within the Coal Mining industry

Certification Required

· Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable
