Location: Yardley, Birmingham
Salary: £32,000 plus overtime opportunities
Hours: Full-time with shared on-call duties

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations and service delivery within a small residential setting for children and young people.Develop and implement policies and procedures.Manage staff performance and training.Effectively lead a team and deputise in the absence of the registered manager.Contribute to strategic planning.Assist in recruitment and onboarding.

Skills & Qualifications:

Senior support worker, team leader or deputy manager experience within an OFSTED registered setting.Strong team leading experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.NVQ level 3 in children and young people's service.Flexibility to share the on-call rota.
