Ensure accurate updating of progress and MIS reports to department heads. Periodically review overall progress of work in line with KRAs.                      Ensure smooth coordination across all departments at the site for resolving any outstanding issues. Ensure timely closure of any outstanding Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) for the designated area, as reported by internal/ external audits. Should have hands-on exposure of erection & commissioning of electrical equipment’s of power project. Should have good coordination skills for utilization of subordinates. Expertise in dealing with contractors & regulatory bodies.
