Responsible for budgeting, planning, reporting and financial analysis to drive better decision making. Also be partnering with different functions to drive profitability & performance management.
Your responsibilities will includePlanning, Reporting & Analysis-P&L & Free Cash Flow(FCF)
Preparation of Long Range Plan (LRP), Annual Profit Plan & Quarterly and Monthly Financial forecasts
Keeping the track of delivery vs. plan on a weekly basis & highlighting the variances vs. plan to management for proactive actions
Consolidation & Analysis of monthly results for management review
Country wise analysis of PL and FCF for Asia region entities
Monthly Regional & Corporate reporting and preparation of Review presentations
Adhoc Regional & Corporate reporting requirements
Month end closing & P&L variance analysis and understand P&L drivers
Business Partnering
Business partnering with other operational areas to optimise profitability by leading cost saving initiatives through detailed analytics
Assisting in India listed entity's review preparations
Ad-hoc reporting & data requirements
Key business case analysis for technical investments
Other Activities
Assisting in MonthEnd close Activities
Assisting in monthly & quarterly financial reports to region & corporate
Supporting team in month end provisioning
Lead and drive process automations and financial controls in the department
Preferred skills and experiences1 to 3 Years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis role
Preferably from FMCD/FMCG/Consumer Durable industry
Academic Qualifications: MBA/CMA/CA qualified
