Job DescriptionConceptualize, partner and implement digital strategies including future roadmap and Digital solutions to meet business requirements and support business growth.Smooth and uninterrupted functioning of SAP and digital applications with zero or negligible downtime and business impact.Govern digital solutions to achieve standardization, quality, sustenance, future proofing and cost effectivenessDrive relationship, requirement and change management with internal and external stakeholders with regular interactions and communications.Plan, monitor IT cost budgets and ensure optimum utilization of budgetIdentify and introduce newer and emerging technology to support business needs, improve productivity and enhance customer experience.Manage the team of IT professionals to ensure delivery of business requirements, career growth, talent retention and personal development.Contract, supervise and monitor suitable IT resources from suppliers to meet digital requirements.

 

Qualifications

B.E., B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or IT

 

Additional Information10-15  years of experience in leading enterprise IT system and Digital transformation.Knowledge of diverse legacy and emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, RPA, Cloud Computing and IT Infrastructure)5+ years experience in SAP R/3 must (preferably SD module), exposure to S/4 Hana desirableExpertise in  strategic and people leadership skillExpert communication and change management skills.Advanced project management knowledge, PMP or ITIL certification is desirable.
