Responsible for overall Rajasthan cluster planning and monitoring at site.

A. Project Planning & Scheduling:
1. Coordinate the development & monitoring of Micro Project Schedules, ensuring inclusion of resources and material. 
2. Update and monitor the Micro project schedule regularly, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely completion.

3. Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to assess progress and identify deviations from planned objectives.

4. Facilitate project close-out processes and ensure sign-off is completed within 60 days of project commissioning.

B. Cost Managment:
1. Review Project Pre-operatives and raise flag for anomalies.

C. Analysis and Optimization of Project Plans:
1. Ensure and review of Conduct comprehensive analysis of project plans to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement using advanced planning techniques. 
2. Make data-driven adjustments to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of project plans. 
3. Prepare Review and Release reports on project progress and deviations from the baseline plan, keeping management and stakeholders apprised of any issues.

D. Project Assurance and Reporting:
1. Lead project assurance activities, reviewing and releasing necessary actions to maintain control over project progress.
2. Release detailed project reports and presentations ensuring accuracy in reporting project status to management and stakeholders. 
3. Ensure audit readiness for PMAG documents.

Qualification : Diploma/ BE (Any discipline)

Experience : 20+ years (Familiar with Solar Industry)
