Title: Deputy Chief of Staff

Location: This position is based in the NYC Metropolitan Area with an office in Stamford, CT

Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt

About the Role:  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Chief of Staff to join our leadership team at Curaleaf, a leading public cannabis company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, consumer /
retail, technology, or law, with a proven ability to understand and integrate various business functions. This role requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO and Chief of Staff in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve company goals. Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of business operations and financial performance to support decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including operations, finance, legal, compliance, and IT teams, and business units. Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Leadership Support: Provide high-level support to the executive team, including preparing reports, presentations, and briefings.

What You’ll Bring:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
