This individual shall serve as the Deputy/Alternate Contract Manager.  They will support the Contract Manager in the overall management and coordination of the Vance BOS II contract and shall act as the central point of contact with the Government in the absence of the Contract Manager. The incumbent shall have full authority to act for AFFs on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract in the absence of the Contract Manager. The Alternate Contract Manager will have full authority to submit cost proposals, negotiate changes, and sign modifications up to $500,000 in the absence of the Contract Manager. The Alternate Contract Manager shall be available on-site within one (1) hour after notification when contract performance occurs outside normal working hours in the absence of the Contract Manager.
