The Strategy Realization Office has an immediate opening for a Canadian Deployment Specialist.

UniFirst is modernizing their electronic billing and invoicing infrastructure to better aid customers in the 21st century. Titled “UniFirst Business Solutions” (UBS), this innovative platform will revolutionize the way UniFirst communicates and fosters business with its customers. As a Canadian Deployment Specialist, you will serve as a dedicated point-person to assist locations with UBS deployment across Canada.

Responsibilities: 

Subject Matter Expert in ABS and UniFirst processesTrain department personnel (Office, Service) on UBS functionalityAssume responsibilities during UBS monthly deployments, coordinate Branch activities, support location specific implementation checklist itemsAttend meetings with all levels of ManagementTravel up to 75% per month is requiredCommitment to the project through October 2025This project has a finite completion date of October 31,2025 at which time employment ends
Qualifications

Requirements:

BA/BS degree preferred; Business Administration background preferredStrong project management skills and attention to detailAbility to deliver ABS functionality training in office and serviceStrong Leadership skillsExcellent writing and organizational skillsExcellent intrapersonal and communication skillsGood judgment and decision-making skillsProblem-solving capabilities (solution and execution)Ability to complete tasks under minimal supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in AMS, ABS, Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams and PowerPointAbility to travel up to 75%Candidates must acknowledge the completion date of October 31, 2025 as conditional final date of employmentAbility to travel internationally with valid passport and without restriction
