Our work depends on a Deploy Automation Engineer joining our MATS team remotely to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) activities.

As a Deploy Automation Engineer, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Deploy Automation Engineer joining our team to analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of automated deployment pipelines across multiple application systems, and to perform maintenance, enhancements and troubleshooting of deployment tools. Seting-up, maintaining, and performing ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure.Creating and maintaining fully automated CI build processes for multiple Linux environment environments.Creating/updating build and deployment scripts.Supporting CI/CD tools integration/ operations/ change management, and maintenance.Supporting full automation of CD/Testing.Developing policies, standards, guidelines, governance, and related guidance for both CD operations and for work of developers/infrastructure/O&M.Enabling DevOps by moving code from Dev/ Test to Staging and Production.Troubleshooting issues along the CI/CD pipeline.Understanding the AWS Architecture.Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years of relevant hands-on Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) experience on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud InfrastructureAdvanced experience with RedHat Ansible and Jenkins softwareAdvanced experince with GITProficient with AWS and Unix Platforms, including Linux/AIX/Solaris/Mac OS X/othersProficient with Shell, Groovy, OpenShift, and Ansible Automation PlatformProficient with Jenkins and PackerProficient with Sonar, Nexus, and DockerProficient with Bash and JavaHands-on experience with Python and Terraform Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as, but not limited to: SAFe, Scrum, KanbanMust be able to obtain Federal Public Trust clearance.Must have established residency in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years.Preferred Skills:
