Basic Job Functions:The Material Handling Production Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Communicating effectively with team members to provide pertinent information and keep them informed;
• Support document preparation, data analysis, and generating reports/presentations using Excel and PowerPoint;
• Assist in maintaining production supplies and services through completing scheduling and procurement activities to support;
• Aid with Oracle EBS, quality systems, and ERP functions;
• Support leadership team with timesheet review and payroll processes; and
• Provide assistance in arranging training, interviews, meetings, and events as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:• Associate’s degree or 2 years equivalent work experience in developing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports to support purchasing, timekeeping, and production activities in PowerPoint and Excel
• 1 year of time keeping administration experience
• Prior experience coordinating, scheduling, and ordering services and supplies
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft tools for a minimum of 1 year in an administrative role or applicable experience
• Prior experience scheduling and ordering supplies and services
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS systems
• Knowledge of quality systems
• Knowledge of ERP systems
