Days/Hours: Monday & Thursday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Tuesday & Wedensday 9:00am - 5:00pm

• State Dental Hygiene Licensure
• Local Anesthesia/ Laser/ Nitrous Oxide- if applicable based on the state
