What will I be doing?

In your new role as a Breakfast Demi Chef, you will utilise your creative flair and passion for food and will be responsible for performing the following tasks;

\n\nPreparing and presenting high-quality dishes \nPreparing all mis-en-place for all relevant menus\nAssisting in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nContributing to control costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets\n

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you must have prior experience working as a breakfast chef as well as:

\n\nNVQ Level 3\nBasic Food Hygiene Certificate\nExcellent planning, organising and time management skills \nAbility to work within a team \nPrevious kitchen experience \n\n
