The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operational logistics, material management, and inventory optimization, as well as a proven track record of leveraging SAP MM to streamline and enhance business processes. + You will be part of our Global Functional Excellence team. + Collaborate with 16 factories to align, optimize, and standardize material management and inventory control processes using SAP MM. + Develop and implement best practices for operational logistics and inventory management to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve efficiency across all facilities. + Analyze inventory data, identify trends, and recommend strategies for better stock management, warehouse operations, and procurement processes. + Lead training initiatives and provide ongoing support to factory teams in utilizing SAP MM effectively. + Drive continuous improvement projects related to inventory and materials management. + Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, material management, and IT, to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes. + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turnover, stock levels, and order fulfillment, and implement corrective actions as needed. + Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics and inventory activities. **Your profile.** + Proven expertise in operational logistics, material management, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment. + In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP MM module. + Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multiple manufacturing sites to drive optimization and process improvements. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop actionable recommendations. + Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. + Ability to train and support teams in using SAP MM effectively. + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). + SAP certification in MM module is a plus. + Excellent English-skills, both spoken and written, round up your profile, German-skills would be an advantage. **Make your mark in our exciting world. #JoinReliableMotion #TeamInnomotics** As an equal-opportunity employer we are happy to consider applications from individuals with disabilities.
