Demand Planning Manager

The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter. **Summary** It is the responsibility of the Demand Planning Manager to manage forecasting, transportation, inter-branching, and utilization of Flex at the enterprise level. Work with Supply Chain, Branch Operations and Procurement to fill all Flex event requirements. Focus on cost savings by maximizing utilization and reducing transportation as well as labor costs associated with movement of Flex throughout the enterprise. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner relationships to provide the highest level of customer service. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Work with the field to capture Flex demand and keep Enterprise Inventory System up to date + Utilize Enterprise Inventory System for projections, identifying shortages, inter-branching, and general Flex tracking + Strategically evaluate future branch and regional demand of Flex to minimize transportation and labor costs associated with inter-branching + Communicate with branches on available storage space as part of strategic utilization of Flex, move equipment if necessary + Assist branches, when possible, to identify roll-over opportunities + Work with Design and Growth organizations to alert them when inventory gets below safety stock levels, and work to identify the best substitution options based of design, and interbranch costs + Monitor equipment losses and damages, drive repair and replacement process + Ensure all inventory related processes are being followed per SOPs by the field, including full use of the Enterprise Inventory System, Inter-branching, and Inventory Adjustments + Work with Procurement when purchasing additional equipment is required to fulfill equipment needs + Generate reporting regarding utilization rates, substitutions, loss, damage, and shortages + Assist in generating recommendations for replacement or increases in inventory of Flex through the Cap Ex process, including creating Business Cases when necessary + Clearly communicate with field personnel on movement of inventory + Perform other duties as assigned **Education & Experience** + High School Diploma Required. College Degree Preferred + Six or more years of industry experience preferred + Six or more years of supervisory experience + Three years of experience managing supervisors, and budgets preferred + Three years of experience utilizing Inventory Systems for Demand Planning **Travel Requirements** Travel up to 25% **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
