Job DescriptionResponsible for spare parts demand planning& inventory management for Turkey, Middle East customers and Dubai warehouse.Collaborate with sales and marketing to gather judgmental input on future sales, validate demand planning on SKU/CSO/warehouse level and ensure right demand forecast in planning system to reflect market reality or market trend.Manage mast data and planning parameter in system regularly to build up right safety stock with right ordering quantity and shipping frequency to meet the needs of country/ customers’.Manage supply status from suppliers to local warehouse / customer, timely capture the supply risk and collaborate with the stake hold to solve the problems. Timely escalate when need.Manage product phase-in/ phase-out, provide accurate last time buy needs for phase-out product; and work with sales or launching manager to build up accurate initial stock in CSO warehouse for phase in products to meet new product launching schedule.Monitor stock availability and inventory structure, ensure correct inventory level in warehouse. Collaborate with sales to deplete overstock and manage the inventory scrap in CSO’s warehouse.Provide guidance and support for Africa CSO and Africa LOP planner.

QualificationsBachelor degree or above3~5years working experienceGood knowledge in supply chain planning and S&OP processStrong communication skill and analytical skillsFamiliar with OFFICE suite and ERP system (SAP preferred)Internationally minded, fluent in English a must
