Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate an unconstrained demand plan. Each day, you will conduct finished goods rationalization in coordination with relevant functions. You will also showcase your expertise by measuring, reporting on, and driving improvement in demand planning accuracy. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCreating and maintaining the rolling 18-24 months of unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.•\tAssembling and analyzing data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan.•\tSupporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan.•\tMonitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Check book.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial or similar engineering.\t3 - 5 years of experience as a Demand Planner.\tPerforming data analysis.\tKnowledge of SAP.\tInventory Control.\tA diploma or certificate in forecasting is required.\tProject management and administration on the supply chain side.\tAdvanced English.\tKnowledge of electrical products.\tAPICS Certification.
