YOUR ROLE Lead the Demand Planning process and S&OP process for the professional business segment in Mexico and export markets.
Serve as the main contact for material coverage analysis and risk communication, collaborating closely with the Supply Planning team and effectively communicating with the Business and Sales teams.
Analyze the impacts of slow-moving items and manage expiration dates to minimize inventory write-offs.
Own and facilitate Demand Alignment Meetings to execute forecast enrichment processes and make volume decisions in alignment with business objectives.
Act as the key user for the SAP APO system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user training as necessary.
Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of demand plans with business strategies and objectives.  YOUR SKILLS Advanced conversational english Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in SAP APO or similar demand planning systems is highly preferred.
Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques and demand planning best practices.
