Yotpo is looking for a talented, experienced, hands-on Demand Generation Manager who thrives at the intersection of marketing, product, and data analysis to join our dynamic team.

As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to drive awareness, interest, and conversion for our products. You’ll work closely with PMM, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to create and implement multi-channel campaigns that attract new leads and nurture them into loyal customers.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in lead generation, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making in a SaaS/tech environment.

Develop and execute demand generation strategies to bring in leads and grow our pipeline across channels like email, social media, and search. Run and tweak campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates. Team up with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Marketing & Sales Ops to execute content and campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive demand. Own the lead funnel from request a demo all the way through MQLs, SQLs, and closed deals. Optimize both self sign ups alongside sales calls. Analyze campaign performance and customer data to adjust strategies and keep everything aligned with our goals. Stay on top of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to spot new growth opportunities. Build and manage our demand generation tech stack using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation platforms. Work with global teams, sales and marketing oops to ensure leads transition smoothly and our customers have a great experience.



What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in demand gen, lead gen, or growth marketing – Must-Have A solid track record of creating, optimizing, and managing successful marketing campaigns – Must-Have A proactive attitude with a knack for taking initiative. Experience leading cross-functional teams and working independently. SaaS/B2B/eCommerce experience – Big Plus Familiarity with marketing automation tools – HubSpot, Salesforce, customer.io, Google Analytics, etc. – Bonus Points Experience working with paid media teams and analyzing performance. Excellent communication skills, with native-level English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights. A creative approach to developing marketing strategies. Detail-oriented with great organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
