Your Role
We are seeking a Demand Generation Intern to join our marketing team this summer. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and grow alongside leaders and industry experts within an AI-powered tech company. You’ll gain exposure to multiple areas within the Demand Generation team, including search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), integrated campaigns, and marketing operations. Your contributions will directly impact real-world projects for both our users and Dialers.
This internship will be hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days in the office, located in Austin, TX. The intern manager will be the Sr. Manager, Global SEO. The program will run from June 16 to August 15, 2025.
About the Team
Dialpad’s Demand Generation team is responsible for:
Generating inbound leads from digital channels such as Organic Search, Paid Search, and Paid Social for Sales to convert into new customers. Creating automated campaign journeys and triggers with static and dynamic content to help educate and motivate prospective customers across their lead-to-MQL journey. Developing integrated campaigns with relevant content and programs to generate pipeline. Executing SEO strategies to attract high-intent traffic to dialpad.com and generate leads via organic search. Optimizing dialpad.com’s visitor-to-lead conversion rate through live chat, experimentation, UX, web journeys, and personalization.About You
You’re a college student interested in marketing, majoring in marketing, business, communications, psychology, or a related field. You have an interest in digital marketing and enjoy helping businesses connect with prospective customers via websites, Google search, online ads, and other digital media. You enjoy using data and analytics to make decisions and are eager to apply these insights to marketing initiatives.
Skills You'll Bring
Current college student. Hybrid with at least 2 days in the office. Local to Austin area (or will be for the summer). 60-90 days preferred (10 business weeks). To be interviewed (both for our vetting and for your practice).What You Will Achieve
In your first 30 days you will:
Become familiar with the MarTech tools (i.e., Vidoso, Monday, JIRA, Marketo, etc.) and understand how information flows through these technologies. Ideate experiments and optimizations to deliver a high-performing web experience for site visitors, based on data-driven insights and CRO principles. Learn foundational SEO tactics, content strategy, and best practices to grow organic-sourced traffic and demand.By the end of your internship you will have:
Learned how to use AI to create demand generation content. Collaborated with stakeholders using project management tools. Developed foundational knowledge of web optimization, experimentation, and measurement. Gained an understanding of SEO’s value in the overall marketing mix and which SEO tactics to use to grow the organic search channel. Acquired hands-on experience with industry-leading marketing technologies.Value to the Intern
