We have an exciting vacancy for a Delivery Specialist to join our team on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months.

This is a key role providing robust solutions and flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce supporting the development of people across the organisation.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience of facilitating Management and Leadership learning

What you will do:

Support the Heads of P&D and Business Partners to identify, develop, and deliver programs that support the growth of our employees, taking a consultative approach to stakeholder managementWork with the Group P&D team to roll out internal learning and development roadmap for managers and individual contributors that meets the needs of Capita’s diverse workforceContribute to the course catalogue which will include e-learning, instructor-led courses, and workshops to ensure learning offerings are accessible to everyoneCarry out needs analysis and design bespoke training using blended learning approaches, working with each business area to achieve thisDesigning a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmesFacilitating learning interventions in a hybrid model, promoting self-directed, sustainable and scalable learning solutionsBuild out Career / Learning pathways on the HR system and other supporting toolsAnalyse capability levels of population to understand the strengths and gaps to provide recommendations for learning solutionsCoaching colleagues to help develop their full potential and meet their learning needsEvaluate learning interventions and share data insight to demonstrate return on investment and continuous improvement planImplement early careers and apprenticeship programmesImplement key mentoring and coaching programmes that are flexible in approachCollaborate with peers across different Divisions, Functions and geographies to share best practice and support the ED&I agenda

What we’re looking for:

Strong facilitator and ability to transfer knowledge clearly and conciselyExperience in design, implementation and embedding of management learning in a hybrid environmentProven experience of developing flexible and agile learning solutionsGood understanding of current learning trends being able to translate this into viable solutionsAdaptable to change quickly and embracing new and blended learning interventionsAbility to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple projectsPossess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skillsProactive stakeholder management and leadership on learning programmes
