Delivery Manager I

UST’s Telecommunications practice is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to manage the delivery of US-based Telco customer engagements. The role involves overseeing the development of immersive experience solutions hosted on Azure Cloud services. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering mindset and expertise across multiple technology landscapes to ensure the successful delivery of engagements in collaboration with the UST Agile Scrum team, onshore Program Manager, and Customer.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact for all key stakeholders regarding UST Offshore Delivery matters for the engagement. Ensure delivery excellence and provide technical thought leadership to the customer. Collaborate daily with UST Offshore Project Managers and UST Leads to: Review the daily progress of engagements. Suggest course corrections and bring innovative ideas. Mitigate risks and resolve issues. Prepare and present customer status reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Develop and track metrics/KPIs to assess project health and trends, driving corrective measures when needed. Articulate the business outcomes delivered to the customer. Monitor delivery processes and address any gaps identified. Identify revenue growth opportunities and expand the assigned portfolios. Collaborate with UST internal teams and ecosystem to support the development team and meet customer needs. Required Skillset: 12-15+ years of experience with a strong background in Technical Delivery Management. 3-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Technical background in Java or related technologies (preferred). Ability to manage teams of 60-80 staff. Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
