What You'll Do

 

Location: Homebased*

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

Salary: Excellent base salary + benefits 

Duration: 12 month secondment

Who we are 

 

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers. 

Sitting within the SDS (Standard Delivery Service) team, this role will be involved with owning and implementing the Delivery and Go Live implementation for UC (Unified Comms) customers as part of the standard delivery model. You will be involved with working on multiple projects running concurrently with an element of risk management. This is a good role for someone who is looking to be responsible for customer and stakeholder management, including setting and managing expectations and confirming elements of the delivery. You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with senior team members on complex, high profile deliveries. 


What You'll Do:

 
•    Delivery of multiple Business customers requiring UC product solutions through requirements gathering, build and ordering activities.
•    Accountable for planning and managing multiple customer projects concurrently, potentially across multiple products.
•    Identify, manage and report risks.
•    Complete Go Live and all other associated activities for standard build using pre-defined LWI (Local Work Instruction).
•    Support Delivery Specialists with customer and stakeholder management.

Who you are

 


•    Able to deliver best possible customer and stakeholder experience whilst maintaining targets for delivery timescales.
•    Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliveries at any one time.
•    Strong adaptability & learning agility in a dynamic environment.
•    Ability to effectively plan and schedule activities.
•    Comfortable communicating directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
•    High attention to detail and confident in dealing with large volumes of data. 

 

Advantageous 
•    Familiarity with UC (Unified Comms) products/Fixed products/Vodafone Network is desirable, but not required.
•    Prior Delivery experience (Order Management, Order raising) is desirable, but not required.
